DAY 1   LOCAL SIGHTSEENS

The tour will countinue with the most Admirable and holy place of Budh Sarnath

  • A well known attraction in Sarnath, The Chaukhandi Stupa has been built on the exact spot where the great Lord Buddha first met his five ascetics- to whom he later went on to preach his first teachings.
  • Tibetan Temple a Buddhist shrine has been decorated with Thangksa, which are Tibetan Buddhist paintings. The temple features a statue of Shakyamuni, the Buddha. The Prayer Wheels are seen outside the building which on being rotated clockwise, release paper scrolls with prayers written on them.
  • Dhamek Stupa is an important landmark for Buddhists where Lord Buddha preached his lessons for the very first time. He only had five disciples behind him then.
  • The Thai Temple displays the That style of architecture. The temple is set amongst beautiful gardens surrounding the big standing Buddha and is managed by Thai Buddhist Monks ,Walk slowly and enjoy the calm atmosphere.
  • Archaeological Museum established in the year 1910, the Archaeological Museum displays a small collection of artefacts ranging from the 3rd century BC to 12th century AD.
  • Deer Park , a mini zoo where you can see different types of birds , crocodile , and deers . You can feed deers Delhi’s carrots sold in small hawkers cut into thin, manageable strips.

  • New Kashi Vishawanath Temple , Birla Temple is located in the BHU campus The temple was founded by the Raja Birla of the Birla family of great industrialists. It was planned by the Pt. Madan Mohan Malaviya Birla Temple is made up of the marble and its construction was completed in 1965. The tower of the temple is known as the tallest temple tower. Even it is tallest to the Qutub Minar in the New Delhi. Birla Temple is matchless and ostentatious temple in the Varanasi.

  • Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple , it is specially dedicated to Lord Hanuman and is considered that the temple was built from the time when Goswami Tulsidas had a vision of the Hanuman. It is also called Monkey Temple because of lots of free monkey roaming throughout the premises . Then we will reach
  • Tulsi Manas Mandir ,  the same place where Goswami Tulsidas wrote Ramcharitmanas. Construction finished in 1964 and was funded by the Thakur Das Sureka family of Bandhaghat, Howrah ,West Bengal. The temple was constructed in white marble and landscaping all around the temple. Verses and scenes  from Ramcharitmanas are engraved on the marble walls all over the temple
  • Durga Mata Temple ,  Durga temple was constructed by a Bengali Maharani in the north Indian Style with multi tiered shikhara with the red color stone representing the color of the Mata Durga. An attractive pond known as the Durga Kund is made on the right side of the temple The pond has stone stairs at all sides as well as there is watch pillars at each corner of the pond. The statue of Goddess Durga is not human made; it was appeared by its own in the temple

Over here you will take your evening snacks and countinue our tour to reach River Ganga and will see Ganga Arti on boat after the Ganga arti will be over you will get the boat ride to all different 80 ghats of Varanasi . After doing all the site seeing you will head to take the blessing of lord of kashi .

  • Kashi Vishawanath Temple  is one of the most famous Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple complex consists of a series of smaller shrines, located in a small lane called the Vishwanatha Galli . There is a small well in the temple called the Jnana Vapi also spelled as Gyaan vapi (the wisdom well). during the invasion by the Mughals the Jyotirlinga It is said that the main priest of the temple jumped in the well with the Shiv Ling in order to protect the Jyotirlinga from invaders.
  • Maa Annapurna Temple it is situated in the premises of KASHI VISHAWANATH TEMPLE only . The temple is dedicated to Devi Annapurna goddess of food and nourishment . She is depicted with wristlets and golden jewelry on her chest. She is seated on a throne with the crescent moon adorning her head. In some depictions, Shiva is shown standing to her right with a begging bowl, begging her for alms.
  • Vishalakshi Devi Temple it is situated at meer ghat  It is generally regarded as a Shakti Pitha, the most sacred temples dedicated to the Hindu Divine Mother. Vishalakshi, the "wide-eyed" goddess  the tale of the sage Vyasa cursing Varanasi, as no one in the city offered him food. Finally, Vishalakshi appears in the form of a housewife and grants food to Vyasa.
  • Kaal Bhairav Temple it is dedicated to lord bhairav which is form of Lord Shiva  ,In the form of the Kala Bhairava, Shiva is said to be guarding each of these Shaktipeeth (Shakti temples). Each Shaktipeeth is accompanied by a temple dedicated to Bhairava . In Varanasi KAAL BHAIRAV is known as KASHI KE KOTHAWAL and every person need to reside in Varanasi has to take permission from him .

DAY 2    VINDHYACHAL AND DROP

WAKE UP EARLY IN THE MORNING AND BE READY FRO THE ADVENTURE OF VARANASI NATURAL WATERFALL , TAKE YOUR BREAKFAST AND BOARD ON TAXI FOR

Vindhyavasini Devi Temple is situated 8 km from Mirzapur, on the banks of the holy river Ganga. It is one of the most revered Siddhapeeths of the presiding deity, Vindhyavasini Devi. The temple is visited by large number of people daily.
  • Kali khoh temple, in form of ancient cave dedicated to Goddess Maha Kali (6 km from Vindhyavasini temple) Here, the deity represents to incarnation of Hindu Goddess Durga, for killing demon Raktabeeja.
  • Ashtabhuja temple, dedicated to Goddess Maha Saraswati (on a hillock, 8 km from Vindhyavasini temple) It is believed, that Ashtabhuja was sister of Krishna, who came here, after relieving herself from the grip of demon Kansa, who wanted to kill her, just after her birth to Vasudeva and Devaki.
